About Crouse Marine Services & Tackle, LLC

My name is Josh Crouse, owner and operator of Crouse Marine Services & Tackle LLC based in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania.

Fishing and boating have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have experience fishing both freshwater and saltwater, and I’ve spent countless hours on the water learning different techniques and gaining knowledge across a wide variety of fishing environments.

 

Along with fishing, I’ve spent most of my life working around boats, motors, and mechanical systems. I have hands on experience with boating needs and services and understand how important reliable equipment is when you’re out on the water.

Before starting my own business, I built experience in several fields that helped shape my mechanical and problem solving skills. I worked in construction for four years, focusing on electrical work, low-voltage systems, and general maintenance. I also spent time working in a warehouse managing parts and inventory, which gave me valuable experience with equipment and components. I have eight years of experience in design and project management, where I worked closely with customers and vendors to ensure projects were completed efficiently and professionally.

I also gained marine industry experience working with B&J Marine, where I spent years working as a Marine Technician and part of the Grounds Crew, and involved in a partnership role, helping with boat service, maintenance, and daily operations.

 

Outside of work, fishing continues to be a big part of my life. My wife and I fish bass tournaments together, and I’m also involved in another fishing club where I compete and stay connected with other anglers. At home, our family includes my wife and our two dogs, and we spend as much time as possible outdoors and on the water.

 

At Crouse Marine Services & Tackle, my goal is simple: to provide dependable marine service and help people enjoy their time on the water, Whether that means keeping their boat running properly or helping them experience a great day of fishing.
